My sister is in business management.  She really seems to have a lot of fun everyday she is at work. She does all sorts of things.  She is on a team that implements projects for her company.  The company is a producer of home fragrance items.  Sandy started out with an associate degree from a reputable school.  Her focus was a associate business degree.   She got in early at this company and started growing with the company.  Her everyday tasks include being a part of a team that puts a project into a process that will someday put it onto a store shelf.  I think it’s neat to hear about this process.  So much goes into an item getting onto a store shelf for you and me to buy.

Not only does she get to be a part of the process, but the team she is a part of provides her with a lot of interaction too.  So add in interpersonal interaction with team management and you have for a fun and challenging day.  She says that she is very happy that she started down this path.  She is amazed every day that her online associates degree started her into this career!
